Thank you for your continued support and trust in Victory Securities. We are pleased to inform you of the following updates to our service charges and terms to enhance our service quality:

1.Waiver of Virtual Asset Insurance Fee:

Applicable to all virtual asset products traded on the HASHKEY platform (from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024).

2.Real-time Settlement of Virtual Asset Transactions:

Upon buying or selling virtual products, fiat currencies or virtual currencies are updated in real-time, allowing clients to withdraw fiat currencies or virtual currencies immediately.

Fiat Currency Withdrawal Schedule:

- Instructions received by the Company before 12:00 noon on business days will be processed the same day.

- Instructions received by the Company after 12:00 noon on business days and those submitted on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Virtual Currency Withdrawal Schedule:

- Instructions received by the Company between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on business days will be processed the same day.

- Instructions received by the Company outside these hours, including public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3.Optimizing the Layout of  Statement of Account for Virtual Assets:

Effective November 1, 2024, the relevant contract has been executed, and the average price will be displayed  This is allow clients to conveniently review their investment portfolios, including Fiat Currency and Virtual Currency balances.

4.Revision of the “Additional  Agreement relating to Virtual Asset ”:

The revised “Additional  Agreement relating to  Virtual Asset ” is now available under serial code 20240916-03 and can be downloaded from our website at www.victorysec.com.hk. You may also contact our Customer Service Department for a copy of the revised agreement.

Please carefully review the revised ““Additional  Agreement relating to Virtual Asset.” The updated terms will automatically become binding by continuing to use Victory Securities’ services, you are deemed that you agree with the above arrangement  and accept all risks and liabilities associated thereof. You may seek professional advice as needed.

5.The biannual custody fee of HKD 500 for securities margin accounts will be permanently waived with immediate effect.
