·  Employees of a fake Victory Securities company invite customers to join groups to recommend stocks, raise funds, trade on their behalf, etc.

·  Offering to open accounts with Victory Securities and to deposit funds, but requiring that customers transfer funds into third-party accounts

·  Claim to be in a cooperative relationship with Victory Securities, and earn interest on deposits to designated cooperative institutions.
