合資格活動參加者

Eligible Participants

1. 此活動僅限合資格新客戶參與，並必須為持有香港身份證及年滿18歲或以上人士。

1. This incentive program is only open to eligible new clients who must hold a Hong Kong identity card and aged 18 or above.

2. 新客戶：指須為開戶前12個月內並無持有任何勝利證券有限公司(「勝利證券」或「本公司」)虛擬資產帳戶，本公司將會根據儲存於本公司之紀錄，以決定客戶是否合資格適用新客戶優惠計劃。

2. New Client: Individuals who have not held any virtual asset account with Victory Securities Limited (also "Victory Securities" or "the Company") in the 12 months prior to opening an account. The Company will determine client eligibility for the incentive program based on its own records.

5. 「入金」：指客戶存入資金至勝利證券的指定銀行帳戶。客戶發起匯款通知後，經資金結算與審批後成功存入資金至勝利證券的銀行帳戶內，金額計算以實際到賬金額為準。

5. Deposit: Funds deposited by the client into Victory Securities' designated bank account. After the client initiates the remittance advice, the funds will be successfully deposited into Victory Securities' bank account upon settlement and approval. The deposited amount is calculated based on the actual amount received.

·港元資金：透過銀行支票／本票、 電子付款或電匯存入活動參加者之證券帳戶再轉帳入虛擬資產帳戶之全新資金

·Hong Kong Dollar Funds: New funds deposited into the brokerage account of the eligible participants via bank cheque/cashier order, electronic payments, or wire transfers and then transferred to the virtual asset account.

·美元資金：可直接將資金存入虛擬資產帳戶。

·US Dollar funds: Can be deposited directly into the virtual asset account.

7. 「成功開戶」：參加者於推廣期內成功開立勝利證券之虛擬資產帳戶(可在APP/網上/以紙本申請，成功完成整個開戶流程、提供有效證明文件及存入指定金額)，方符合本推廣優惠資格。

7. Successful Account Opening: This offer is applicable only to participants who successfully open a virtual asset account with Victory Securities during the promotional period. (Accounts can be opened via the APP, online platform, or paper application. Participants are required to complete the entire account opening process, provide valid supporting documents, and make the specified deposit) .

8. 成功開戶後，參加者將收到本公司發出之確認電郵。

·「交易佣金」：指勝利證券客戶於本公司進行交易行為時，所收取的費用稱為佣金。

·Trading Commission: Fees charged by Victory Securities to clients for trading activities

o Online Transaction：0.25% of transaction amount，with a minimum charge of USD 2.00 per transaction.

o 優惠期：至2024年6月30日

o Promotional Period：Until June 30, 2024.

·「佣金回贈」：指本公司就合資格參加者於交易活動所產生「交易佣金」，100%回贈予客戶作下一個月之佣金抵銷，不能提取及不能作交易之用，每月最高為US$250，並可於佣金回贈使用期內累積使用，相關回贈以「特惠佣金」作計算

·Commission Cashback: The 100% cashback of by the Company to eligible participants on the "trading commission" generated during trading activities as a commission offset for the following month. It cannot be withdrawn or used for trading purposes, with a maximum of US$250 per month. The cashback can be used cumulatively within the promotional period, and it is calculated based on the “Preferential Commission”.     

·「高達HK$5500回贈」(即約HK$5,850)：每月最高可獲US$250佣金回贈，3個月高達US$750

·Up to HK$5,500 Cashback (approximately HK$5,850): Eligible participants can receive a maximum cashback of US$250 per month, totaling up to US$750 over three months.

·「開戶日期及推廣期」：由即日起至2023年12月31日，包括首尾兩天。

· Account Opening Date and Promotion Period: From now until December 31, 2023, including the first and last day.

·「佣金回贈計算日期」：開戶當月起計之後的首3 個月內(2024年1月至3月；不包括開戶月)

· Calculation Period for Commission Cashback: Within the first 3 months after the account is opened (from January to March 2024; excluding the month of account opening).

·「佣金回贈使用期」：需於2024年6月30日前使用。

·Validity Period for Using Commission Cashback: Must be used by June 30, 2024.

·獎賞：「推薦人」於指定活動期間，「成功推薦」每一位合資格新客戶於勝利證券成功開設帳戶(有關「成功開戶」定義，請參閱條款細則6)，可獲HK$200c!ty'super禮券乙張(「禮品」)。

·Reward: During the promotion period, the "referrer" will receive a C!ty'super gift voucher (“gift”) worth HK$200 for every eligible new client referred to Victory Securities and successfully opens an account (For definition of "successful account opening", please refer to Artice 6 in the Terms and Conditions).

·Referrer: an eligible person who has already opened an account with Victory Securities during the promotional period, and refers friends or family members to become "referees" who also open new accounts during the promotional period.

·「被推薦人」指與推薦人有聯繫並接受推薦人邀請參與該活動之人士，每名被推薦人只限被推薦一次。

·Referee: Individuals who have a connection with the “referrer” and accept the invitation from the “referrer” to participate in the promotion. Each referee is limited to being invited only once.

·「被推薦人」在開戶時，需在開戶表格內填寫「推薦人」之電話號碼，方能獲得獎賞

·When opening an account, the “referee” must provide the “referrer”'s phone number on the account opening form to receive rewards.

·「成功推薦」指：「被推薦人」於勝利證券開設虛擬資產帳戶並存入不低於新資金US$10,000(或等值之港幣)的帳戶。

·Successful Referral: The "referee" opens a virtual asset account with Victory Securities and deposits no less than US$10,000 (or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars) in new funds into the account.

·「帳戶」 指已參加本活動之參加者，可推薦其朋友或親人在勝利證券開設虛擬資產帳戶。

·Account: Participants of this incentive program can refer their friends or family members to open a virtual asset account with Victory Securities.

·獎賞3不適用於勝利證券員工及本公司之銷售人員及客戶主任引薦之客戶。

·Reward 3 is not applicable to clients referred by employees, sales or account exectives of Victory Securities.

·如相關禮品已經沒有庫存，則可以同等價值的禮品代替。

·If the gifts stated above are no longer in stock, they can be replaced by gifts of equal value.
